***PLEASE INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON RECEIPT AND REPORT ANY PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY!

  • If a tennis, racquetball, squash, paddle tennis or badminton product was shipped incorrectly,
  • please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Please return the incorrect item(s) (rackets, shoes, apparel, accessories, equipment, etc.) with the RA# to us. We will send the correct item(s) to you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will incur all additional shipping charges at "UPS Ground" rates.

  • If a tennis, racquetball, squash, paddle tennis or badminton product was shipped correctly,
  • but needs to be returned for incorrect sizing (such as shoes or apparel items), please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Please return the equipment, accessories, shoes or apparel with the RA# to us. We will send the correct size to you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. The customer incurs all of these shipping charges.

    ***WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED MERCHANDISE. (This includes rackets, shoes, apparel, accessories and equipment for tennis, racquetball, squash, paddle tennis, badminton or any other sport)

    Defective Merchandise:

    We stand behind ALL of the tennis, racquetball, squash, paddle tennis or badminton products that we sell including rackets, apparel, shoes, accessories and equipment items. If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us toll-free at 1-877-772-2538 or via e-mail at sales@racketman.com.

  • If an item becomes defective within 30 days of receipt,
  • please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Please return the defective item(s) with the RA# to us. We will send the replacement item(s) to you upon receipt of the defective merchandise. We will incur all additional shipping charges at "UPS Ground" rates.

  • If an item becomes defective after 30 days of receipt,
  • please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Please return the defective item(s) with the RA# to us. We will send the defective item(s) to the manufacturer for inspection. Based on their findings, we will either replace the item or send back to you the defective merchandise. The customer will incur all additional shipping charges at "UPS Ground" rates.

    Warranty Information:

    Tennis Rackets- 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

    Racketball Rackets- 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

    Squash, Badmitton, Platform Tennis- Due to the nature of the sport, no manufacturer's warranty.

    Tennis, Racquetball & Squash Shoes- Many tennis, racquetball and squash shoes have 6-Month Outsole guarantees. If a customer wears a hole through the outsole of a shoe within 6 months of receipt of the shoe, they are eligible for a free pair of shoes from the manufacturer.(See inserts inside shoe boxes for procedures).
